I am so pleased with the service at this location. I accidentally ordered a pair to be picked up at the store when I meant to have them shipped. I'm a new mom and organizing life is so difficult so I was annoyed I made that error. On the way to the store my son fell asleep in the car, I called the store and the store associate was willing to bring the shoes to the car for me so I wouldn't have to wake my son. I feel like service like this no longer exists and I am so happy this associate was so willing to help me out. Thank you, Danielle!

My husband recently purchased a great pair of size 36 Boston Birkenstocks clogs for my birthday as a surprise. He didn't realize that I wear a 35 instead of a 36, so we needed to return the m. Other than the size, I love the shoes. The reason for my 1 star, is because of Famous Footwear. They charged $7.95 to return the shoes. So my birthday present was paying Famous Footwear for an innocent mistake. I understand this isa discount shoe store, but they should cover the cost of returns. We won't use Famous Footwear again.

Decided to come to the Plainville store even thou was a little bit far but they are more nicer here professional and definitely knowledgeable on even exchanging on transaction and footwear products. Pleasant atmosphere and also greets customers A+ to this store .

So wife had to pick up a pair of all white sneakers for a wedding while we were in route to the wedding and got on the highway then looked at the sneakers to make sure everything was cool (Friday @ 5:15 BTW) and there’s some kind of lock/security mechanism needing some wire cutters to remove and we don’t know if it’s got a dye pack from a bank robbery or something, normally they don’t come with this extra appendage. So it’s kinda like sales 101. Sorry had to vent. Good luck

This was the rudest store I ever been in. I am 54yrs old and went into this store to make a purchase and as soon as I got into the store the employees started to follow me around the store as if I was going to steal just because I had a backpack. I just had surgery and this is the only way I can carry my items. I left the store without buying what I went in the store for. They really need to improve on their customers service. I will never return to any of their stores. I reported it to their home office. So if you have any type of backpack or large bag be prepared to be filled and made to feel uncomfortable in this store. Shop somewhere else.

Wasted over an hour because of the misleading coupons on the website who are apparently not for everyone or nonexistent. The people at the register were not helpful at all. Made me go through the whole sign up, address, phone email, just to tell me oh, that’s not for everyone.
