This place is great i felt very comfortable . The environment has a great vibe to it. The design and color that i had matched perfect to what i wanted. I will be going back here from now on. Thank you fancy nails for making my nails beautiful again.

I had a horèn̈house experience with a technician who n̈out only didn't fully understand English. She had to be remìnded to measure the length of each nail hense mÿ nails were dramatically different lengths. Her man̈aged had to show her how to properly do that, one nail was actually crooked that I didn't notice til after I left. Within 6 days, the top 2 layers of the polish were peeling off. Now, I have to take some of the blame, I had so little sleep the previous night that I would fall asleep and she actually actually yanked on my arm to rouse me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! By day 9 4 of the nails peeled the same way. I went back and she blamed me cuz my hand would slide out from under the lights. Why didn't the technician tell me to put my hand back in. In my opinion, she just didn't care an̈d just wanted to be done with me and let me go that way. They refused to refund me, even partially. She offered to redo my nails but under the circumstances I refused. The fact that both times I went there the place was like a ghost town. And one of those days was a mid day on a Saturday. Hhummmm! 🤔🤔🤔! That should have been a warning to me right off the bat! My bad! Just a stupid mistake! My word to the wise. DON'T GO THERE IF YOU WANT A BEAUTIFUL JOB DONE! How could they hire someone so incompetent????

Very rude sloppy they treat their customers with no respect. They will give you a quick pedicure won’t even cut your cuticles color your nails sloppy. I know we all looking for better prices that’s why they have so many customers with their $20up dollar pedicures but no one that’s paying for a service should get treated like this from this place.

I was there when they opened, and I wanted a mani/pedi. They said they didn’t have room and to come back. Were very rude. Didn’t even give me a time to come back.

Great prices and great pedicures, I recommend stopping in for one, staff isn’t very friendly you’ll be lucky if they even talk to you, expect to be waiting a long time even with no customers it took a while for staff to seat us and took a while for staff to check us out after. The price was very good though so I look forward to stopping in again soon.

Friendly customer service and the staff are great on wait time. For example, if they realize appointments will overlap, they're honest to say not today and come another day. Most places will tell you 10 minutes, and you're waiting 30-40 minutes to be seen.

The best place to go. Great prices, nice people. Lots of great polishes. I love the mood colors, temp changing colors. Pedicure, nails, eyebrows, gental hands.
