Over charged. Put money in for laundry soap and got nothing. Nothing is labeled as to how much. I will never come back here it’s a rip off.

Well lit and usually, it’s almost abandoned. I feel like someone is watching me. Lol. But it’s safe and well lit.

This is how this business treats people. I have mental health issues and I was a paying customer(I didn’t just walk in off the street and leave a garbage). I will be contacting BBB AND Connecticut human rights about the way I was treated. It’s not okay to yell at anybody, especially people who have been in this country all their lives. I’m not racist but if you’re a jerk, you’ll get treated like one right back. If the business replies again, it will just be used for my human rights case.

Management here is the best. I came back to grab my clothes to find my basket, which already had some items in it was gone. I thought someone had stolen it naturally, but they took the time to go over the footage and show me it was a simple mishap. They went above and beyond to resolve my issue for me. They’re responsive if you need help, which is surprising for a 24hr laundromat. The place is clean and machines work well. Thanks guys.

Convenient and Always Accessible!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐This self-operated, coin-operated laundromat is an absolute gem! The fact that it's open 24/7 is a game-changer for those of us with busy schedules. The machines are reliable and easy to use, and I appreciate the option to bring my own detergent. The facility is always clean, and I feel safe coming here at any hour. I did my laundry here for the first time today. The machines were not maintained so they didn’t work properly. Very expensive ($70.00), no air conditioning, no bathrooms, if you have a business that’s open 24/7 and you can’t prevent vandalism then perhaps you should change your hours … you can’t expect someone not to need bathroom facilities …laundering takes time. And the drink machine gives you tepid sodas… They have no running water in the place to wash hands or to clean up spills. But mainly the place is extremely dirty. ? I have nothing positive to say about this place. Never again.Follow up: I was there between 4/8 pm. Not past 2am when this was posted. And yes, my review does “mean something”. Especially to someone who might become your next customer.1) there was dirt buildup on the interior of the washing machine doors.2) the soap dispensers on the washing machines were caked with detergent residue. Gross. When was that last cleaned? You didn’t touch on the cleanliness of your mom & pop establishment in your rebuttal.3) And yes having AC does matter to me. I have asthma ( a minor inconvenience) so I had to continually sit in my air conditioned car so I could be comfortable. Every customer was doing the same. All sitting in our cars with air conditioning.4) And having bathroom facilities does matter. Can you at least have one available during hrs when it can be watched? Lock it up when you can’t. When you spend 4 hrs doing laundry it does matter.5) Where in my review did I say I “truly suffered”? I’m only stating the facts. I’m not attacking you personally. But, it’s okay to call me a keyboard warrior and accusing me of slander and making an epic ordeal?? Extremely rude. First impressions make all the difference in the world. Not a very good first. People come to laundromats to literally clean their clothes, linens, sheets, and towels and there’s nothing appealing about a dirty environment or an uncomfortable one. Clean surfaces and machines are important to customers and make a difference in their experience. Proper sanitation and tidy surfaces put your customers at ease and give them an experience they’ll feel comfortable with each time they come to you to do laundry. It seems to me what you’re saying is we provide the bare minimum…”you go you do your laundry and you leave”. Your words. We have no desire to make your experience a pleasant one.

Let me preface this by saying this was my first laundromat experience. I own a washer and dryer and came to wash my comforters. I used the larger machines and was surprised at the cost, though I understand this is not the primary use of those machines, I just wasn't sure my big comforters would fit in a smaller machine. For 3 comforters, I spent $35 to wash (2 full size in the XXL machine and one king in the larger machine, extra dirty setting selected). Comparatively, I found the dryers super affordable. The ATM machine was out of service when I visited, so I had to run home to grab more cash. I found putting $35 of quarters in the washers annoying, but again, understand this is not the typical experience. The place was reasonably clean when I arrived, which was right before someone showed up to clean up again. My comforters came out clean and fluffy, but for items that I bought for $60 on Amazon, I am not sure it is affordable long term to use any laundromat to clean them, but definitely got them cleaner than my home machines. I have no comparison on whether this place is more or less affordable than other laundromats. Lastly, I found Lili's easy to locate based on the signage and overall a pleasant experience.
