I love going Old Navy! This one in Plainville is super clean and the people here are really nice! Plus I bought my New Cross Sport from the VW dealer across the street! I love this area!

Always a good time in Old Navy! The cashier was very kind. She was patient and helped me with my returns and my new purchases while I used my cash rewards. I removed one star because there are certain areas of the store that could be better organized but overall it's a great location.

They’d moved! We found the new location, just down the street, but Child nor I could figure out the layout of the merchandise. Random, boring clothes all over the place.I used to LOVE Old Navy. I don’t know when everything changed, whether it was the store…or me. I was just pulling in to the long driveway that leads to Old Navy, I said to my child, “Old Navy has been in the same location forEVER.” Just then, I looked up at am empty building.

Horrible curbside and rude person to deal with trying to get my curbside order. Waited over 25 min and 3 phone calls to the store before someone finally came out. No apologies for the wait.
