Been going here for years, i used to go with my dog (R.IP), and his nails looked so much better they are quick and efficient. I go with my 2 kittens now and they are so gentle and quick with it, i always give a nice tip for them. They are always so sweet with me and the cats. Will be going here for all future fur babies app.

They do a good job, BUT their prices are outrageous! $100 to cut a small dog and trim her nails? I'm in the wrong business.

I love PetSmart grooming. My lab always comes out looking amazing. They truly take their time and do an amazing job. All of the staff are extremely friendly & prices are reasonable.

this place horrible I make an appt for my dog and I did show up for nothing they say mi appt was canceled and they call me leave message which was not true at all I did revise my phone and they never call me so unprofessional

I have a 4 month Doberman. Went in as a walk in to groomer to get his nails grind for first time. Lady on front states in a very smart remark "Oh he is a Doberman". Then she looked at her co-worker and in hand she said unable to grind the nails because he has post on the ears. I understand the reason but the judgement of the breed and the sarcasm is uncalled for specifically in a nationwide pet store. I felt Petsmart had an issue with Dobermans. Very disappointed for the judgement.
