Worst customer experience I've ever had!
Owner couldn't be bothered to explain things to me, a non bicycle person. I was there speaking to him for no more than 5 minutes and asking questions to understand when he told me to "read up on it" because "I can't help you anymore".
If I was able to give zero stars I would have.

Rude, rude, rude.
Never came across a place like it before.
Called to inquire about buying a MTB wheel. Gave him all the specs. He gave me a good price. Wheels have a few specs you need to match to buy the right wheel. When I asked to confirm the specs they didn't seem to understand wheel specs and said I needed to bring it in. I said why? I'm giving you all the required specs. He basically told me he was to busy and I should go elsewhere. Then he just hung up!
Wow! Really couldn't just take my number and call me back at a better time. I'm just a person calling off the street.
Steer clear of this place I'm sure, based on this experience, once you make a purchase they won't give you the time of day.
To bad you cant give zero stars.

Bought my sons bike off of them 6 months ago (used) but they said it was like new condition . Brought it there yesterday because the chain keeps coming off , they wanted to charge me 60$ saying it needed a tune up . I said no I only want you to fix the chain because they just did a toonup when I bought it . Come today my son is riding it around and the chain broke off again! Definitely not going back!

If I could give them a 10 star review I would. The only bike shop I will go to. Service is top notch and prices are affordable.

FYI closed for winter break till 3/1/24. Really great bike shop with reasonable prices. Friendly staff who helped my parents with their bike repairs. Bike tune-up $60 and they'll pick up your bike for $20. E bikes and vintage (40 years old) bikes.

The service guy was complete rude and said I do t need your bike I have too much bikes here. I will never go back there again and got really bad price for an expensive bike. Don’t go there if you want a decent price to sell your bike. He had no good costumer service he was completely mean and extremely rude.

The website, Google listing front door and voicemail all say they close at 4PM on Saturday, we call a head ask if they have what we are looking for in stock they say yes but don't mention they are closing early. Drove right down they were closed only 15 minutes after we called. If you plan to close early, please mention it when a customer asks, I drove down to support a local business does not feel like they care.

I must have caught these folks on a bad day, after reading the other reviews which were good, I drove out there with my 12 year old grandson hoping to get a bike for him, they were not busy at all but the guy kept steering us toward 600 to 700 dollar bikes, which is out of my budget for a bike for a 12 year old I said I was looking for something more in the 300 - 400 range and was told to go to Walmart. With that we walked out!! These guys are always crying about supporting local business, but with that kind of service why should I pay a premium to shop local!
