“After hours on a Friday, Victor met me and told me what was about to happen with my car that was picked up by this group after an auto accident. All proved true and information received from Mario and Victor and Adam was very helpful in navigating with the insurance companies. They even charged my electric car while we were waiting for the insurance to pronounce whether it was totaled or not. I found this to be a better experience with their help.”

“My daughter was on her way back to Sacred Heart U and broke down 200 miles from home. AAA couldn't get to her for 3 hours and it was after 5pm. It's a helpless feeling for a dad. I called Nelcon and Gary picked up on the first ring. While we were on the phone he immediately dispatched a truck towards her. And then proceeded to call her and make sure she was in a safe place off in the highway and helped coordinate an Uber from his shop. He reassured her they were minutes away. Kudra the tow tech helped carry her gear to the pick up location and made sure she was safely was on her way in the Uber before leaving. Complete strangers have become friends. I won't forget your kindness and consideration for for my little girl. Thank you Gary, Kudra and the whole Nelcon team. You guys are UNBELIEVABLE!”
