I was so disappointed that the only place not flying their flag at half staff was the Plainville Post Office to honor the fallen firefighter who died this week. They even flew them half staff in Southington. What is wrong with USPS in Plainville??? We need to honor these people.

Why is everyone working here so slow? It’s ridiculous. Maybe try scheduling more than one competent person at a time—this place clearly needs better staffing and common sense at the front.

my wife had stopped by to pick up her mail and she had some packages that were dilvered and there were 7 boxes and one of your clerks did not take the time to help my wife put them into the car and then she calls me crying that the servic. e that she recieved was piss poor. she is 68 years old and has a lot of problems with lifting things and now she has a lot of pain from what just happened. i am not very happy my self from what she has told me. i think that customer service needs a vast improvment big time. when there is only two clerks at the counter and it is not very busy, one of them could take a few minutes out of there day to help people like my wife to get something like this done.

I was spoken to disrespectfully and my packages were mishandled. I had to ask the clerk Denise not to throw my packages. She did not to apologize or appear to care. Some of the worst treatment I have received in this area. Please hire better staff.

I’ve never had an issue with usps until moving to plainville. They always say they try to deliver something but ‘there was no access to my mailbox’ … I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT!!! My mailbox is outside my door. I looked at my cameras and the van didn’t even attempt to come inside the parking lot. LAZY workers…! So frustrating. Can’t wait to move in a few months. ?

I've been quite satisfied with my interactions with employees at this location.As someone that's personally witnessed customers complaints.. their dissatisfaction is many times the employees simply following the rules.I wish everyone could work in customer service at least once

On dec 15 I purchased a money order for 600$ and I don’t know where it went so disappointed staff it’s rude there all liars rude very annoying to talk to staff that they don’t even care I need my problem solved worst customer service rude and liars

Sent out a return package. Never got my refund so I called the company (very reputable) to which they said “the box came in empty, looks like someone cut it open”. Meaning, it still went through the mail, but the contents were taken out within USPS hands. Called to file a claim and get a copy of the receipt and they replied with, “we don’t keep any records, we send 100 packages a day.” That’s comical, because at my business, we can make a thousand pizzas a day and 5 years from now, I can tell you the exact date, time and toppings of any of them. Kudos to the post office, y’all are incompetent thieves, living in the Stone Age.

This is the best USPS location! The staff is super friendly and they always provide outstanding customer service. On my last visit, I made a huge mistake with one of my shipments, but Elizabeth and Ismael saved the day by going above and beyond to help me fix it. I am so grateful for and impressed by their diligence and determination to resolve the error that I had made. Thank you again Elizabeth and Ismael!

The employees are super rude when you go to pick up your mail. Every time I go in there, they are not helpful or even the least bit nice to you.

The boss at this store is great at keeping his staff in order. The clerks are super nice and understanding. Must visit this store.
