This store has the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with, forget trying to call and talk to the pharmacy, you will give up long before anyone answer, I jumped over to CVS a couple years ago which has been fantastic and just recently wanted to see if they had a prescription that CVS was out of, I figured things must have improved after a few years, NOPE, same Ole store, called several times and never got through to a person, I wish I could leave zero stars

Very helpful staff! They are very short staffed, however they always manage to fill my prescription on time and the wait time is about 10-15 minutes!

Just wanted to share my shopping experience this morning. The cashiers were excellent, doing their best to assist me. I had my eyes on a particular body mist, only to find out it was used.
When I asked for a potential discount or a check in the back, the cashier kindly offered to chat with her manager, Jessica. To my dismay, Jessica refused any checks or discounts, stating it was likely a tester. Disappointing as it was not labelled as such.
I expected a bit more from a managerial position. It would’ve been great if Jessica had personally assessed the situation instead of passing the task to an hourly employee . Just my two cents. Thanks!

I must add to the frustration of this location. It sucks! I tuned into my dash cam a little late but I was waiting for over 25 minutes in the drive through. I was having a very very bad day so I had no desire to go in and wait. 15 minutes wait and the truck that pulled up with me reversed and left. Then this lil white car came up and also waited… FOREVER WAITING. I even got blessed by their wonderful honk after a while. SO NICE! I’m a very patient person. But this was just terrible. I had a foreign lady “help” me in the drive. She took my insurance card, left.. didn’t come back for like 5+ minutes?? Once she came back? SHE FORGOT ABOUT ME. She took my card and I was afraid she wasn’t going to come back again??? What a disgrace. It’s beyond frustrating. I need to change my pharmacy like yesterday. I hate this location.

This place is so unprofessional and rude to customers. Worst customer service ever. If you call it rings forever or they just put you on hold forever. No communication between staff. I've spent so much money there over the years unfortunately too.

I completely understand why this location has the 2.1 Stars. Cashier behind the counter was very rude and not helpful, she had long dark hair. Very dismissive and then when I asked for a customer service phone number she gave me the wrong phone number. There was no one behind me she could have taken 2 minutes to explain that I wasn't overcharged, instead she was dismissive act like she didn't give a s***. Walgreens you need to do a better job of training your employees.

I had an emergency very far from home and its ppurong ice rain today- i called this specific Walgreens to make sure I can pick up a Western Union which I was told Yes. It took me 2 hrs to make a 45 min walk bc of the weather.And the manager in the photot dept. Was very rude and insisted that not only did they not have $60 to accommodate my western union but very loudly told me u was lieing and that nobody there would have said they do western union even tho my sister specifies been there for that purpose beforeIt was so very embarrassing and wasted so much time and it's cold and raining- I don't undesirable why she was so angry and rude

Pharmacy here are inconsiderate a holes. How are all the pharmacist or those working there off ? Like you just close access to those who need medication ??? Then covid drive through testing is shut down and they don't bother messaging those who schedule an appointment? Thank you for making me drive a hour to waste my time .

Store was clean and well stocked.Parking lot a trash collection and the grass and shrubs a mess. It almost looks like an abandoned building.

Nice welcoming pharmacy. Everything is clean and organized. They have a great variety of things from medications to toys and makeup. Great place to go and buy gifts also.

Provider to call in presc.1130 Fri a.m. I called walgreens repeatedly and automated voice said not found and pharmacy closed Sat. And Sunday. Ridiculous. Cant get what I need .
