Wheeler Regional Family YMCA is a clean, friendly, and well-organized hub for family wellness in Plainville. The facility is well-maintained and offers outstanding yoga and spin classes. Amenities include newly renovated sauna and steam rooms, a great warm water pool ideal for young children, an indoor lap pool, a large rock wall, a fitness center, studios, courts, and a large hot tub. The staff are polite and friendly. Programs span all ages, featuring youth and private swim lessons, competitive swim, senior fitness, adaptive programs, basketball, and archery. It is a place where all ages connect and thrive.

The facility is absolutely spotless. The classes are great and the staff is wonderful. The app is a nightmare. But the gym is top notch otherwise. And they are working on the technology issues they tell me.

This place is clean and well-organized. The staff are friendly and polite. The pool is great — the depth is just right for babies and young children. We really enjoy coming here.
