I had SUCH a great first time experience at The Mechanical Advantage! I was looking to find a local Euro mechanic for my VW. However, I was willing to drive outside of my local arear for a well reviewed mechanic. The VW dealers just don't want to work on 20 year old cars, regardless of the condition.
Jay at The Mechanical Advantage came out and welcomed me the moment I got out of my car! Most mechanics or auto service rep tend to run AWAY from customers. A welcome family run environment in the lobby. Jay listened to my complaint very carefully, and even gave me some options on how to fix it. All options were very reasonably priced. They were busy enough that they told me it might be up to a week before they could get to it. Surprisingly they called the next day and said they happened to have a open bay period and got the car in.
