I bought a PO Box and these people keep sending my packages back to sender. I spent the money so they wouldn’t do it. It’s already an inconvenience as it is and now I have to wait double time to get my package. NO CALL OR WARNING AT ALL. This is the worst experience I have had with having a PO Box.

This one is so much better than Thomaston PO. The staff here are professional and friendly. The Thomaston one they have attitudes especially the lady post master I spoke to ( interjecting and speaking gruffly) she should be fired! They also hire incompetent carriers who speed in the complex had many problems with Thomaston PO and brought to managers attention - they don't seem to give. Thomaston needs to get better carriers and staff. I try not to do much business at that one.

Close and convenient for where I live. Very helpful staff in terms of figuring out shipping rates and best practices for packing.

Courteous, pleasant, helpful staff! It is a very small space, but huge on staff helpfulness and personality!
