Went to see if I could pick up a package of mine that I had been tracking as it was a gift for someone else. Asked the woman working at the counter and she turned it into a big thing which was unnecessary. Many times my items that I order will sit at this particular location for 3-4 days without moving when I live a mile down the road. Frustrating.

Very rude staff, my stuff had been mixed in a different po box, and they get mad when I ask them to check in another one.

Definitely not impressed. Went in to ship something and the person behind the counter wasn’t very interested in helping out. Just told me it’s going to be very expensive to ship. Went to the UPS store in Bristol. Shipped it out in less than 15 minutes for $45.

One guy is very polite and mailing packages is fast but one lady who works there always puts on a mask and gloves before taking care of you and always has an attitude twards everyone and the boxes are stupid expensive

Waited in line for 5 minutes before I left. The girl behind the counter noticed me but kept on yapping to the guy in front of me. Terrible service (unless you're that guy ?)

I had a package shipped priority mail 1 day I did not arrive tracking shows it left Hartford at 8.oo pm the day dBefore the post office told me that the delivery date is just an estimate now it is lost somewhere
