“Our experience with this facility was absolutely wonderful. Martha was always pleasant and even more helpful! It was easy to set up automatic payments and the payments were always timely. The facility was easy to maneuver and very accessible. We emptied our unit today after 6 months and everything was in great shape. There were no bugs, no rodents, it was just as we had left it. I am so happy that we chose this company for storage and very thankful for their wonderful customer service!”

“Yesterday my boyfriend and I went to Staples to return things on Amazon. I wanted to take a moment to say how kind and sweet Lydia was! What a friendly and positive attitude this time of year where I know can be so difficult to the retail workers. We hope management knows what a gem and asset she is to your store. Great personality and demeanor! Please make sure to cherish employees like her.”

“Im so glad this post office has its own phone number. I needed to find out the status of my package because it said delivered when it wasnt, i call the regular usps number and its a robot and i just cannot talk to a human no matter what i said. I call my post office (this one) and get to actually talk to a person immediately and they helped me figure out what was going on with my package thank you so much”
