My wife called the day prior to see if they could put my tire on the rim and expressed we were in no rush and was told to drop the tire off first thing in the morning. After arriving after 9am and expressing we had a difficult morning with our child getting to school (they’re neurodivergent) he expressed it “wasn’t his problem” and was incredibly rude. I wasn’t looking for the tire to be done today, or even tomorrow for that matter just wanted to get it dropped off and worked on at their convenience. Will never be going there again.

I stopped by Pomfret Tire today to inquire about repairing or replacing my front backhoe tire. First off they unloaded the tire from my truck, inspected the inside and outside of the tire and rim and determined that a tube would solve my low air problem. They didn't try to sell me a new tire, just honest evaluation of my problem.
Fast service and fair pricing.
I would highly recommend Pomfret Tire.

Got new tires and got them put on Wednesday. Drove on Thursday and managed to pick up a piece of bone in my tire, which caused a pretty big leak. They were able to take the tire on very short notice Friday morning and patch the tire. Amazing customer service, and I will definitely be returning for any and all tire needs. They earned my trust. I will recommend Pomfret Tire to anyone local with tire needs.

Would recommend to others in the area. Had 4 tires done in 30 mins. Had an appointment for 12pm and they started it right on time. All around a good experience.

VERY RUDE! I called this morning to see if they had a tire in stock. The phone rang about 7 or 8 times before a guy picked up the phone and with a "why are you bothering me" attitude. I asked him if he had the tire in stock and he quickly said "I don't have anything like that in stock." It's a common tire size so I find it hard to believe that they don't have it in stock! I will never be calling there again!
