“New owners of Shiny Bright as of July 2023 are welcoming and friendly. They take an old school approach and hand wash the cars wheels and hotspots first with a soft brush. They spent 13 minutes just doing the hand wash! Then onto a conveyer belt for a short ride to rinse and shine. I paid for the mid level wash, but as a new customer they gave me a free upgrade to the premium wash. At the end of line were the 2 gentlemen, David and TJ, who towel dried my SUV. Very nice to talk to while waiting for them to finish. There are free vacuums available also for patrons. My car came out beautiful and streak free, plus the grungy wheels were perfectly shiny when complete. My only critique is that I didn't anticipate it taking 20 minutes to complete the wash, so set aside time for it. Also, there are lots of extra cars sitting on the lot waiting to be detailed, so it looks cluttered. Overall, a great car wash experience at the new Shiny Bright.”

“I am disabled and cannot vacuum a car. I come from a place where full service car washed were all over. But this is what Google Maps sent me to when I asked for a full service car wash. The woman called me out of the car, then called the manager of the place.And he took care of everything... Himself. He vacuumed the windows, wipe down everything.I mean he was great. They were over the edge in their kindness, and I was so appreciative. I'd recommend this place to anyone!!!?”

“I love coming here to wash my car because I like to do it myself. When I come, it’s never full so I get to vacuum my car before I wash it and then I bring it out and dry it down with the towel.”
“I absolutely love this car wash. One of the best around. I like to run to this one when I’m in the area. Only critique is, when you’re in a hurry and just want to pay quickly and use touchscreen, the staff (who are all very friendly) routinely run out to help you with your transaction and try to sell you on a package. Or a monthly membership. I understand the potential benefits, but when you say that you do not want it and they just keep asking especially, when you’re in a hurry it can be a little frustrating.”

“They did a fairly good job. They cracked my cup holder,but it's still usable,and my car is very old. They should have told me though.My inside mirror was splattered and it's one of things I requested to be done,they said cleaning all mirrors was included with my package. I don't expect perfection,and the fellas did work hard on the cleaning process. Be warned that there is no inside area to wait,only benches outside. I will probably go there again. Car detailing that is reasonable is very hard to find in my area. Espinosa is reasonable for the work they put into your vehicle.”
“I recently moved from Branford to Deep River. I’m obtained a new membership at Flash in Middletown. The difference between my Branford/E. Haven car wash is absolutely incredible. The longer tunnel provides a far superior wash and drying. The auto dryer roller at the end eliminates the need to hand dry my Mercedes. My advise. Dash to Flash!”

“Went through the touchelss. Had zero issues. Washes way better than the surrounding car washes with touchless options. Will definitely be back. Wish they could turn down the dry blowers a little bit(they are strong but if you have a car with thin panels they will move a bit more than a typical blower. But could be that I have an SUV and it's taller)”

“I was initially unhappy with how my Jeep came out of the touch-less car wash as there was still bird residue on the hood and some spotting around the exterior of the car, it just didn’t seem that much cleaner. I was hesitant to go through the automatic car wash after getting a scratch on the hood of my car going through one in Cromwell. I did call the number after looking up the car wash on Google Friday night and Patricia (the owner) got back to me the following morning and gave me some good advice/suggestions and couldn’t have been any nicer! She even said she’d send me a coupon for a free wash as well. I would say that the customer service is great and she did not have to do that for me! I will be back to give it another try?
