Great experience. Super easy and so much better than the mega company that is advertised on TV. Paul’s been in the business for 30 years. He knows his stuff. Made an appt. and was in and out in under 2 hours. Nice area to wait and easy walk to a couple of restaurants/coffee.

Just had the windshield of my Dodge Charger replaced at East Coast Auto Glass. Paul and his wife are just awesome. Its a family run business by hard working couple and they do the job perfectly. They are very transparent, their follow ups are good and the service is on time. Paul got my windshield replaced in just 45 minutes while i waited in his office taking my business calls. These guys have great experience and knowledge and you cant go wrong by trusting these guys over some larger shops.

Paul and the team at East Coast Auto Glass were so awesome. After TWO failed attempts with Safelite, I made one call to these guys (recommended by Hoffman Lexus) and I had an appointment right after the glass arrived. Dropped off 5:30 the night before, and my car was done by 11:00am the next day. Could not have gone more smoothly. Highly recommend!

Paul at East Coast Auto Glass in Portland, CT was absolutely amazing. We have three vehicles that all need replacement windshields, and so far, he has done two out of three. We are doing the third next week. They have been phenomenal! His company is family owned, and even though they’re very local to me right now, if I somehow ended up living in a different town in Connecticut, I would still drive to Portland to do any future glass repair/replacement through him! Courteous, prompt, responded to my many questions, took care of all the insurance stuff once I made the initial claim, made sure I got what I needed from the insurance company, and took great care of my car. Not to mention, of course, a job incredibly well done, two times so far! And one of my vehicles was a bit of an extra challenge… thank you East Coast Auto Glass!Service: Auto windshield replacement

This company works directly with New Country BMW, all I had to do was hand over the keys and the job was perfectly done.Paul installed my windshield; he was down to earth and professional.Top tier company.Making the appointment was simple and they worked with my insurance (Lynx) State Farm. I can not say enough about this small business. The husband and wife team have replaced three of my cracked windshields over the years. Recently, my wife broke her rear hatchback window. The big companies that the insurance company suggested had said that it would take 3 weeks to get that glass. I suggested she call East Coast Auto Glass (it was a Sunday evening), he answered and said he’d get the glass in the morning and stay late on Monday evening to repair it for her. I was referred to East Coast in Portland by Langan VW. They did an incredible job replacing my windshield in my brand new car. Very pleasant and professional. They made the whole process very easy.
