“I dropped my Honda Pilot off at Skrips looking like it had lost a cage match with a bucket of baseballs. After the hailstorm got done with it, the poor thing had more dimples than a golf ball. A few days later, Skrips handed me back what appeared to be a brand-new Pilot. I’m still not convinced they didn’t just sneak into a Honda dealership overnight and swap it out. The work is absolutely flawless, the staff is awesome, and they made the whole process easy If your car ever gets into an argument with Mother Nature, skip the tears and take it to Skrips. They’ll erase every dent so well you’ll start questioning whether the storm even happened. 10/10. The hail lost. Skrips won.”

“Ray’s Automotive is deserving of all the superlatives. After someone in our family got in a car accident where no one was injured (thankfully) but there was significant damage to our car, I envisioned myself having to spend time I don’t have haggling with auto shops and insurance companies about the quality and cost of repairs. My experience with Ray’s quickly put those concerns to rest. Everyone at Ray’s (especially Tony and Izzy, who I dealt with most of the time) was pleasant, helpful, great communicators and, most importantly, very skilled at what they do. When I went to Tony with concerns raised by a rival body shop trying to win the business for themselves, Tony addressed those concerns calmly and professionally, and then delivered on everything he promised. Our car came back looking good as new and I have Ray’s Automotive to thank for that!”

“Im so pissed right now.... i called to see if they had my part, they said they did about 20 minutes before I was gonna be there. I called AGAIN ..... once again, they told me they had my part and the price. I was gonna be all set, get there, they don't have my part. They wanna send me to some sketchy warehouse that's 8i minutes down the road, I literally have about 10 minutes to get there before they close get there within the allotted time. And not only is the building sketchy as hell but there's nobody there walk around, knock, Bang, nothing I came all the way from Waterbury to get this part for my car and now I gotta come back!!! Terrible customer service. You shouldn't tell somebody you have their part, have them. Come all the way out there and then not have it. Send them to another location when that location is closed. So this was my initial review, but they did take the time out to explain to me what happened and make it right So i can give them 3 more stars, not 4. Because it should have never happened in the first place. But we're all human right.”

He and his staff performed the work to restore my car. Sakib always called with any changes and updates while they were repairing my car, which I greatly appreciated. “Came in with my 06 VW beetle for an exhaust leak. Dropped it off , they found a leak in the mid muffler and it only took about 45 minutes until I got a call that she was ready to go! Didn’t cost too much either , Highly recommend especially because of the welcoming atmosphere. As a girl who drives a vw beetle it’s hard to find people who don’t talk down to you at an auto shop 10/10!!!”

“There is a reason this shop has consistent 5 star reviews. Well deserved. I brought my car in to have a single leather panel on the driver side seat replaced as well as my headliner. There was a small rip on the original panel from years of use. The owner informed me that only the panel would have to be replaced, not the leather covering the entire seat. The work done on the seat was perfect. He restored the seat to a factory look. The pics of the seat have a small yellow arrow below the window side panel on the driver seat pointing to the panel that was replaced. He matched the leather perfectly. Regarding the headliner, I did not want to replace the factory material on the 4 columns holding up the car's roof because the material still looks brand new. The owner of the shop helped me pick out the material for the headliner that matched the column. The pictures of the headliner show that the car looks like a factory installation. Great work, especially around the sunroof, visors and interior roof handles. The work was a next day turnaround by mid-afternoon. I highly recommend this shop. Expect to book at least a month to two months out.”

“Once again Daddios saved the day! My dad hit a big rock which blew out 2 tires and destroyed the rims. The insurance wanted to total the car without even putting it on a lift. I had to at least get a test drive before agreeing to that! Daddios had the right doughnut spare for me and along with my spare went for a test ride after which it was plainly obvious that the rest of the car was unaffected by the rock... My car came back to me as I handed it over, they let me inflate a tire of mine before leaving the property and the customer service was great. Annette truthfully is the best, she was helpful with info and even texted me info while I was at work so I didn’t have to step out and take a call. If you get your car towed here (willingly or not) your car will be returned the way you left it with them.”
