CVS is doing a phenomenal job providing people with prescriptions in a timely manner. Five minutes after leaving our doctor’s office, I got a voicemail from CVS saying my prescription was ready! Now that’s service!

The pharmacist was absolutely helpful, even applied a coupon for me! Great service he was patient and took his time for all my needs and did it with a smile, he was fantastic absolutely great customer service!!

I went to CVS in Prospect Connecticut to pick up a few things. I actually served myself, but when I got to the register, I was met with a lovely young woman who was very cordial, very efficient, and helpful. I don’t know her name.

Made an appointment for a COVID Shot. Went to get and was told it was not in stock. Never got a call, text, or email saying that you didn't get them in yet. And on top of it you got signs all over your parking lot saying that you have them. 😞

CVS is BY FAR the absolute WORST pharmacy in business! It takes them between 4-7 days to fill ONE PRESCRIPTION!!! My 80 year old mother had to wait 6 days for her heart medication because they claimed that they were "busy"... NO APOLOGIES and are BEYOND RUDE! I was just there are there were 16 people waiting, all but 2 were told that their prescription was not ready yet. One man had his insulin called in on FRIDAY and it still wasn't ready and he had been sitting there waiting for over an hour! BE COULD HAVE DIED!! Everyone was angry and and began yelling that this happens to them every single time! WHAT IS THE PROBLEM HERE? People need their medicine and if they can't get it they could actually DIE! The pharmaceutical team is very rude and lack empathy for the people who are ill and need their medication! I honestly don't see how or why corporate cannot fix this issue that has been going on for years! I don't know one person who has anything positive to say about CVS pharmacy AND on top of it their prices are SKY HIGH on EVERYTHING! I'm switching my mother to Walgreens ASAP before something terrible happens. As they are completely and utterly incompetent!!!! I'm speaking of the CVS located in Wallingford, CT.

Employee on duty around 1 o-clock was very unprofessional. They were talking about they had their nametag upside down and tatooes visible.

Slow.
Prescriptions never ready in time.
