I’ve been coming here for a long time and usually never have issues. After waiting in a long line, I noticed a product clearly marked on sale just a few aisles down. When I brought it to the cashier’s attention, she completely ignored me and rang up the person behind me instead without even checking.
I’m normally a very patient person, but this felt extremely disrespectful. It wasn’t just about the sale it was about how I was treated. Really disappointed in the lack of basic courtesy today. I will never come here again.

FedEx drop off point but clearly they don't want to handle FedEx packages. Same issue as multiple other reviewers have stated. Zero service

Not happy about the fedex situaton at this store. The gentlemen turned me away as he saw me carrying a heavy box to the counter because they dont have room. He could have rearranged the other boxes to fit mine, it wasnt that big.

Do not have your Fedex packages sent here, as the store will refuse them and send packages back without notifying the person receiving them.It is listed as a Fedex drop off location but they refused three small packages, and then the delivery address was changed without my knowledge, which cost my business money due to them sending them back to the sender and out to a completely different state, causing an inexcusable delay.You should not be listed as a Fedex parcel drop off location if you do not have space for more than a couple of small parcels.

I am equidistant to this location and another one but I do prefer shopping at the one in Prospect. They have a good selection of food and goods. I use their app to load coupons and then just plug in my phone # at the register. The line usually isn't very long but even when it is it does move quickly which makes it easy if you just need to run in for one or two items. The sales people are helpful.
