“Always friendly, they remember their regular names, that is customer service you don't get in most other places. The guys at the desk are personable, funny, helpful, and professional. They have po boxes, slot to drop mail pre-stamped. They sell packaging products, even tape. Prices are listed, but it can be a bit much, but the staff is helpful. The line can be long at lunch hour, but stop in after 130ish and it's pretty peaceful. Parking lot is easy to get in. Getting out can be rough if your trying to go south (left), but I generally go right and then try to u-turn it just turn at most convenient spot.”

“I was looking for a post office where I could take care of my business without feeling uncomfortable or out of place, and after reading the reviews, I kept seeing people mention the lady with the rainbow 🌈 hair. I’m here to say those reviews were absolutely true and well-deserved.
When I walked in, I was the only customer there, and I immediately asked for the lady with the 🌈 hair. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. She took the time to assist me with everything I needed and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Her kindness and positive attitude truly stood out. I was able to get in and out with ease, with no issues at all. Excellent customer service makes a difference, and because of my experience, I will definitely be using this branch moving forward.”

I have been trying to get my fingerprints done for over month now and six visits to various locations in CT and NY later, this office got it done in minutes with incredible service, good humor and kindness. “While I have always had good service at the Watertown, CT post office, I have had some problems trying to call the postal employees there. No one ever answers the phone! I wanted to ask them to hold my mail for me, because my mailbox was crushed by a falling tree during the last storm. I am having a mobility problem, and was hoping I didn't have to go into the post office myself. Guess I have to now.”

“I have always been treated well when I bring my packages to send or buy supplies. So many negative reviews about staff but I think they are all doing a great job. My mail carriers are considerate and I have only had one package not arrive in over 40 years. I do miss the Amazon hub that used to be at Rite Aid but so far, carriers have done a fine job including the USPS carriers. Thank you.”
“I visited this location Yesterday because I was having issues with my mail Being return to sender as well as my packages. The manager on duty worked hard to resolve the issue and ensured that my packages got redelivered today. I use this location often and the employees are always polite even when the lines are out the door.”
