Used to be so nice back in the day idk what happened. Was coming today to look at this place as a prospect for a huge group of us to go. Sadly this whole mini golf course is run down. The lights don’t work the foam rocks are falling apart. Ants everywhere gross. And there is rubbish and leaves where the water fountains are supposed to be. Plus they charged our family for a 1 1/2 year old baby who obviously isn’t going to be able to play mini golf, haha like why even ask how many are playing when you can clearly tell I think the girl at the desk was a little off or something. I don’t know it’s so sad. This place just gave me rundown vibes and it looks and felt so dirty…. Probably won’t come back..

The driving range is perfectly fine. The mini golf course is probably the worst in Connecticut, though. Plenty of shade, but the greens and landscaping look like they haven't been maintained in years.

It’s a great place, Great people, nice equipment to work on your game and practice. Jeff is a good gentleman and makes an effort to support a variety of Charitable causes and school events. Easy to get to and reasonable prices!Kevin M

I would never recommend using Prospect Golf to purchase or get fitted for golf clubs at any time. I went out of my way and paid more to support a local business and the experience was horrible. I had to personally deal with Callaway and work through the issues myself. Jeff’s excuse for ordering my clubs almost a month after I paid for them was that something was on back order and he had to cancel the order and reorder them, though this isn’t what Callaway told me. Apparently Jeff has enough business to care about new customers. Do yourself a favor and deal with a company that stands by their customer service and doesn’t take the clubs out of the box they where shipped in. Also if you call, just know Jeff sees everyone’s number in his office so he knows your calling and uses his front office staff to just say he’s busy all of the time. He is most likely ignoring your call because he doesn’t want his other customers to know how lackluster his business is. Also don’t bring his terrible customer service to his attention he will make excuses and get defensive. This isn’t the first bad experience I have heard of dealing with Jeff, I have had numerous people say they have had a terrible experience buying clubs from him. Also do yourself a favor and go to Chris Cotes if you are going to the range, it’s in terrible condition. Mini golf is outdated there too way better to go somewhere like Hidden Valley.Best of luck to you Jeff (that’s how he ended the call when I called to work through the issues)

Was driving past this place and decided to stop, and glad I did. I've been there a few times now over the past few weeks and it's a lot of fun using the top golf tracer bays. Lots of different options to practice and the tracer helps you Lee track of your shots and progress. Friendly staff too. Would recommend and I plan on stopping by again anytime I'm on the area.

Years ago, even last year, I would've given this 5 stars. Gone way downhill.Similar to other's recent experiences, the attendant was VERY grumpy. My son, though 12, is over 5 ft tall. The attendant heard "child" and brought over a club for a 5 year old and got visibly annoyed at having to get him a larger one!We arrived at 6:30, they close at 8, so it's not like we were getting there close to closing. We were halfway through playing and it started to thunder. No offer of a discount to come back and finish, nothing. It's not needed, very doubtful we'll be back.

Don’t understand the other low ratings. Indoor tee mats that are all new with Ball tracing technology. The attendant is just well aged and hard of hearing. For a small town driving range, I really like it

Never seems to be a place to welcome people. Always feel like I'm being watched while there. Just went to get a medium Bucket of balls and was told they can't charge $10, minimum is $12 and the guy stated his boss would yell at him if he charged $10.

Great place to practice and take lessons. My game has definitely improved with Jeff's help!
