No walkins are helped. It may be the next day or not, if lucky. Extend waiting time waiting on appointments but do not take walk-ins anyway.

Slow moving. I get walk ins have stand by but i waited from 1030 am till closing just for a job required urine test . Talk about bladder pain .

I give blood to Red Cross and I know when someone's stick me with a needle How good of a job they do. And she was excellent.

The experience at the Center itself, was unbelievably efficient. I loved the online check-in upon arrival (no waiting at a service desk) and how quick and efficient the whole process was. I was in and out in 5 min, and the Center itself was only a 2-min drive from my house. The web site experience was not great. The initial booking of the appointment, and then wanting to check in to verify the appointment was made, proved to be very cumbersome. The web site did not send an email or text confirmation and was very difficult to navigate to find my appointment (and yes, I was logged in). I eventually got there, but very round about.

Very much unprofessional highly don’t recommend this location because they don’t make overtime that could she me at the time of my appointment because they close early on Friday. I didn’t even know they closed and not reason they don’t make overtime I’m here and I got turn away. I will never return to this location again.

Does not answer the phone, all you ger is a recording that gives you their hors and location the an option for Dr's or patients. Once you pres 6 as a patient you get a second recording telling you to go online then it disconnects the call.

Quest has made it a poor and robotic experience. You can't communicate the a person until you are in the chair having your blood drawn. The staff is friendly but seem overwhelmed.

It said open when I checked the web,when I got there it was closed. Bad communication on their telephone part got a message from Florida.
