“I came in knowing nothing about cigars? but wanted to buy one as a Father's Day gift. The man at the front desk was very polite and kind. He listened to what little I knew about my father's taste and guided me to a cigar he thought my dad would love. He was right. My dad really enjoyed that cigar he recommended, making it a successful Father's Day gift. Thank you for the amazing service!”

“This is by far the best smoke shop in Southington! I went there this morning to pick up a hookah and I ended up being greeted with product knowledge and kindness. “Hands down the best smoke shop in town! This place has everything you could possibly want and more. Their kratom and 7OH selection is top-tier, and the variety of bongs, hookahs is amazing. They even carry a premium cigar collection and high-quality CBD products that are always well-stocked. And here’s the best part: they just restocked Raz and Geek Bar, which are hard to find in most places right now. Not only do they have them in stock—they’ve got them at prices so low they beat everyone else by a huge margin. One thing that really makes this shop stand out is their unbeatable deals—especially on vapes. They’ve got a great offer where if you buy 2 vapes, you get $4 off any vape, all their big bongs are 40% off, which is an absolute steal for the quality they offer. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. If you’re looking for a smoke store that truly has it all with the best deals in town, this is the place to go!”

“First time stopping in today. Had the pleasure of being assisted by a girl name “E” From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products I needed and took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and clarity. It's clear that she cares about customer satisfaction and wants to ensure that everyone leaves happy with their purchase. Her recommendations were spot on, and I left feeling confident in my choices. I look forward to returning to the shop and receiving her excellent service again. Highly recommend!”

130 Scott Rd, Waterbury CT 06705
“Absolutely a great shop with a wide selection of vapes and smoking accessories. I bought a vape, I hated the taste of it. It made me want to gag. So I brought it back. The kind employee exchanged it for me, for something else- free of charge. In a day and age where I could’ve been fed the usual line of “well this is used, we can’t return it blah, blah, blah.” They didn’t do that. They treated me right. This type of customer service is rarely found these days and the service I received was above and beyond. Now I am a customer for life!”

“There exists, nestled improbably between a discount retailer and a sandwich shop in suburban Connecticut, a testament to America's enduring romance with ritual and relaxation. North of Havana Cigar Lounge, with its ambitious square footage and democratic approach to luxury, represents something increasingly rare in our modern landscape: a genuine third place. The space unfolds like a revelation. Past the initial cognitive dissonance of its strip mall façade, one discovers an expansive sanctuary where hardwood floors extend toward distant walls, and an artfully patterned drop ceiling—alternating between white and warm copper tones—draws the eye upward. The lighting, soft and considered, casts the kind of glow that makes everyone look like they belong in a Raymond Chandler novel. Leather seating, arranged with the careful choreography of a stage set, creates pockets of intimacy within the grand scale. Chesterfield couches, bearing the dignified patina of countless conversations, anchor the space. Wall-mounted televisions and curated artwork complete the tableau, though they feel almost superfluous in a room designed for face-to-face discourse. The lounge's membership structure and cutting fees might raise eyebrows among the uninitiated, but they serve as gentle guardians of a carefully cultivated atmosphere. The well-stocked humidor offers both accessibility and sophistication—a metaphor, perhaps, for the establishment itself. What strikes us most forcefully is not the physical space, impressive though it may be, but rather the democratic spirit that pervades it. Here, in an age of increasingly stratified social spaces, is a venue where the banker and the bulldozer operator might share not just space but perspective, united in the contemplative ritual of a good cigar. Yes, there are imperfections. The strip mall location challenges expectations. Some fixtures bear witness to the passage of time. But in these supposed flaws lies authenticity—a quality far more valuable than mere polish. The leather speaks of men who wait, In copper light they congregate. Wood beneath and smoke above, In strip mall walls they find their love. The leaf burns slow, time burns too, In circles rising, old and new. No kings, no pawns, just brothers here, Where smoke rings drift and disappear. The humidor stands proud and tall, While wisdom whispers through it all: That peace lives not in gilded rooms, But where the honest cedar blooms.”

“Great little store. Friendly staff, very helpful. They started carrying a decent assortment of kratom advanced akaloids for okay pricing compared to online prices; my go to retail store for these. Of course they have tobacco needs, papers, cones, small assortment of pieces.”
