Terrible experience. I went in to update my mailbox and was told to wait for another cashier who could help me. I stood there while he chatted with a customer, then spent 20 minutes in the back taping boxes with a line out the door. When he finally came up, he said he couldn’t help me either. I called six times before going—line was busy every time. How can you offer a service and have no one available to provide it? Total waste of time.

We had a issues with returning an item from Amazon the staff here were very polite and friendly and helped big time with issues we had this place went above and beyond to assist us if you come here the lines are out the door and yet this place works very efficiently doing the best they can to speed up the process to get everyone in and out all while always maintaining great customer service..Highly recommend

They are SO rude and unhelpful at this location. Not sure how they managed to mess up an amazon return because all it is is scanning a QR code but they did. Thanks for wasting my time and money!

I was there this morning( july 7th) and the line was out the door, everyone was waiting for their turn and a guy walks in and cuts in front of everyone , goes right up to the clerk and the clerk waited on him instead of having him go back in line, everyone was pissed,,not good business

The People here were very disgusting today when I went in. The disrespectful manner and attitude was some of the worst I have ever seen. Especially by the man with the receding hairline and Jeri curls.

This employee is so rude and nasty. Has a very negative demeanor with a rude tone of voice. Don’t appreciate how he spoke and management is no better. Replace everyone! The sneak up charges and fees on you like you’re supposed to know off the top of your head. They barely assist you and honestly I’m calling corporate as well.

Staff at this location are always very nice! Store is very continently located and I love that the system remembers the address I send packages too so it’s less hassle!

I sent my grandparents antique Staffordshire figurines, paintings, and many framed photos to my sister in the Midwest. UPS was in charge of packing everything up, boxing, and shipping. They did an amazing job. I was very worried about leaving the items there, which was a requirement. I will have no problem shipping a 162 year old family heirloom next month with UPS

Went in the the store on a Tuesday morning to return an Amazon item and the clerk I believe by the name of Steve was very kind, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I wasn't in there very long, steve was quick and I believe did a good job.
