Immediately after you walk in there’s political newspaper articles taped to the wall, including one titled “Trump is Treating a National Disease” with highlighter marks all over. Lots of other hateful deranged cartoons and articles plastered around. A deal on a car isn’t worth that. If you’re a minority, if you have a shred of decency in you, go elsewhere.

Tom, his wife and brother, were all very pleasant to work with. Honestly, I can't say enough good about this place. I drove an hour and a half to come here and test drive a truck, and i was not disappointed. It's amazing what people are selling for used vehicles these days..But, Tom was straight forth with the vehicle at a very reasonable price. All paperwork and registration were done in-house, which made it even better. I will 100% recommend anyone looking for a quality car with a quality experience from nice people to go and check this place out. I promise it will be a good car buying experience. Tell them you read the Ram guys review. ?

If I could I would happily give this company a 10 star rating! Tommy is genuine, and contrary to the stigma of used car sales Tommy is an honest sales man who cares about the cars he sells, as well as the customers he sells them to. Long story short, if you are in the market for a used car... Talk to Tommy, he will take wonderful care of you, and make your car buying experience one you will never regret. Tell him Sean sent you!

Actually they did not do a fair business with me. And when I told to the owner that the car had a problem which I had to fix it, he said- well I did not know the car had a problem because "he did not check the car". And on top of it he wouldn’t believe me.

I purchased a used 2010 Chevy Silverado LT from the “ Used Car Co.” in Prospect CT and the experience was surprisingly pleasant! I found the vehicle on Cars.com. The description of the truck was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to get more information on the vehicle, so I called the number listed, intending to leave a message. Despite it being the weekend and after closing hours, Tom, the owner of the shop, answered and was very congenial and helpful. We arranged a time for me to come and see the truck.During my visit, I requested the truck be placed on a lift for inspection. The mechanic (Tom’s brother) was happy to do this. He also explained that the truck was inspected and listed which items had been replaced and / or serviced. My concern was primarily undercarriage corrosion. Tom’s brother pointed out areas to inspect that would generally corrode on trucks. This truck was free from undercarriage corrosion. In fact, it was very clean and above average in overall condition. The test drive confirmed that this was a very well taken care of vehicle.Tom and his family have been in the used car business for years. He assured me that all his cars are described “as is” and road worthy. His honesty is evident and his commitment to professionalism is above average. In addition, the documentation process for the sale was seamless and transparent. This tedious procedure was professionally handled by his wife. She clearly explained the process and requirements of the sale, which was a relief for me.In summary, this was the most comprehensive and effortless used car purchase I have ever experienced………... Kudos, Well Done!!
