I ordered an item with Amazon and they passed off my delivery to USPS. Package couldn’t be delivered because according to the carrier he said the box was bigger than my mailbox. I couldn’t request re-delivery because the carrier said that he wasn’t allowed to drive into the mobile home community. Meanwhile FedEx, UPS, DHL and Amazon logistics can come in and deliver packages right to my door. Aside from USPS alway losing mail, what do we need Post Offices for if they can’t deliver when you need them to?!

Waited on the phone for 25 minutes to speak to anyone/ someone!! I sent a card with a gift enclosed May 11! The person never received it. Never returned it back to me either! WHAT are return labels for???? I have so many problems with service.. mail placed in other boxes, mail not received and mail sent and not received! This postal service in Prospect is pathetic!!! I have confidence in 1… Scott! The office head honcho is nasty also! That’s why this postal service here is so lowly rated!

Don't come here unless you plan to waste at least 15 minutes. They don't even have a spot where you can drop packages that already have a tracking slip on it. 10 second drop off turned into waiting 15 minutes every time.

Pretty annoyed and disappointed to get home and find pictures ordered online on the road next to my mailbox. The fact that it was too big to fit in the mailbox, doesn’t entail leaving it on the road. Very disgusted with this postal carrier.

The post office in our town is the greatest. The nicest folks behind the counter in all my dealings with them, and I've been a customer for 35 years. Luis, Oxana, Scott, and Shaneeta are the best. It seems like they can't do enough to help. Passports, packages, etc. All good.
