Went in to grab a bit of oil to last until I get it changed. Alex(possibly Adam but pretty sure it's Alex) helped me find what I needed and didn't just go for the lost expensive item or try up selling me, awesome customer service. It's actions like this that will make me come back for any other issues. The oil cap was on extremely tight and went back on to ask for a tool to help get it off. Alex got the right tool and instead of just passing it to me, he came out and unscrewed it himself and assisted me in pouring the oil. Alex really went above and beyond and a good review was the least I could do. Go talk to him, he won't let you down!

I had a fantastic experience because of Andrew. He was incredibly helpful when I needed assistance with replacing my windshield wipers. he also took the time to walk me through how to properly maintain them.
On top of that, he assisted me in finding the best breakers and rotator for my RAV4. His knowledge and customer service were top-notch, and I really appreciated how he took the extra effort.
Highly recommend Andrew and Auto Zone for his professionalism and great service.

Left advance auto parts yesterday dejected because I was told the part I needed could only begotten at a dealership but I called this store on a whim and was told by a gentleman named Colton that they carried the part. So I came in today and sure enough they had plenty of the part I needed for all the car makes available and that all auto parts stores carried these parts ( trim panel retainers ) . Colton was very helpful and patient helping me get the right part for my vehicle. So I called back when I got home to let the store manager ( Andrew ) know how helpful Colton was. Thank you so very much for all your help!

I can't thank the store manager, Thap, enough for going above and beyond his daily job duties! A delivery for my husband, chemotherapy medication, was inadvertently delivered to his store. He immediately called me and delivered it to our home. This was very important and if anyone else received this, the outcome could have been a major setback with my husband's health issues. Thank you so much Thap!

Don't know who the gentleman was but I went for a engine light and they never gave me a code or a print out and explained what it was I will never be going back there again.

The staff is always super helpful and I appreciate that they don't act like I don't know what I'm talking about just because I'm a woman like some places I've been to. It's very refreshing.

Randomly my check engine light went on, and car started "sputtering". Went in the following morning (10/27/23), Colton (I believe that was his name, the young guy working) scanned my car, explained what the codes meant and explained to me what needed to be done (spark plugs and coils 1 & 4 needed to be changed). He not only got all the parts I needed, showed me which tools would be required to change it, but also gave me advice. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I spoke with my uncle (a mechanic) and with Colton's advice and my uncle's guidance I was able to change the part on my own. I am very appreciative for all his help!

I needed license plate lights, they had LED lights for $21 . When I brought them up to the counter the guy suggested the cheaper ones for $7.What a relief!I've been going here for about 12 years. They've always been really helpful and knowledgeable.I'll be coming back next time I get pulled over for plate lights ??
