No other provider was as responsive, easier to interact with, and get information about the entirety of the process other than Jason. While things were still outstanding with other providers, the interactions with Jason were such that I made the commitment to go with Show Shine Solutions regardless of things still being outstanding. To say the decision was well founded and proved to be correct is an understatement of monumental proportions. From the pre-appointment communications to those when the vehicle was onsite, to post follow-up, I could not have asked for more of a responsive and engaging overall experience. The scope of Jason's knowledge in his trade is immense. One item that I will continue to commend Jason on is his honesty and selfless 'do the right thing' belief. I was provided a quote for the work and in the end, when invoiced, it was less than the quote. When I asked Jason why, he stated, given the newness of the truck there was less than normal prep required, so he reduced the quote. As I work in the service industry, its very rare, but awfully appreciated, and truly an insight into the individual when one does what Jason did and reduce an agreed upon quote price regardless of the reason. I noted this to him then, and now to you, so you can hopefully see the honesty and genuine appreciation for the person I found Jason to be. I don't get the impression Jason is lacking from work to do but boy if you're lucky enough to have Jason / Show Shine Solutions be engaged in your journey, consider yourself fortunate. Jason help me with the 10 year Nasiol NL272 coating, a coating I look forward to enjoying for a long time! I've already received several comments from folks around town.
