I have been going there for years, Robert was my man but he retired.
I now have a new adventure with Christine, Chris. I am very happy. Chris was very accommodating with the time of the appointment, very pleasant to deal with and knocked out my taxes with ease. Chris noticed a house tax error and went the extra mile to correct it to my benefit.
Great job Chris and Thank You.
To whomever is reading this, It is well worth the effort and cost for you to have your taxes and possible other needs taken care of here, Great place to go to.

My husband and I have been using H&R Block in Putnam CT for many years and are satisfied with the service. I especially like that we can do the whole tax filing process online and that our returns are filed electronically promptly. They have also given us helpful advice each year for the following year's tax withholding so that we do not end up having to pay in. All the staff we have dealt with have been courteous and helpful.

Make sure to come a half hour before your appointment or else your going to be late for your other appointments. I had an appointment and had to wait because of walk ins. which I find disrespectful. I made an appointment. Shouldn’t have to wait because of a walk in they should have to make an appointment.

Excellent setup for taking care of customers during this difficult time with the COVID-19 virus. They have a drop off box or you c a n call them. They are set up with seperate doors to small rooms to sign paper's. It was easy for my Mother to get around with her walker. They called with any questions immediately. They had paper's ready in 1 day and it's worth the fee.
