Cashing checks here has a problem.
Withdrawing money is a problem.
Limits and fees on everything.

This is worst bank in the planet they charge ATM fee at the ATM in their network and suggested by there own representative you call customer service for help staff gives run around and supervisor just says they can't help you, so far I been charged a fee on 5 ATMs that are all point ATMs in KeyBank network run from this bank go to Chase Bank of America or even citizens.

Everyone at this bank is incredible polite,very helpful and absolutely willing to take the time to help you resolve any problems you have, Especially Jenn,Edward, Courtney and Melanie. You are very lucky to have these individuals working for you.

David Boutelle was highly inappropriate, combative and unprofesssional. He refused to help or serve me. This bank is definitely not friendly to people of color.

Our animal hospital has been banking with key bank in Putnam for almost 2 years and we love the staff there. Everybody knows their clients by first name and I've seen them handle very busy times with minimal staff and always with a smile. Keep it up!

I am a customer of the Putnam CT branch. I can't reccomend more if your looking for a new bank to look elsewhere. Customer service is rude and they say they want to help but dont. They say they have taken action with issues yet the phone calls keep coming. I paid a mortgage payment early according to them. Who treats their customers like this for a perceived early payment. I have decided to move on. Their 3 star rating is over rated.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK. their ATM eat your card. and nobody will help you. You'll get some condescending teller who will tell you that you can't have your card back because they supposedly can't get in the machine. They get in it to pit cash though. regretting having stopped there in an emergency when I needed cash. We'll never use this Bank.

Worst bank I’ve ever been to they don’t care if they make a mistake place is a joke credit card shut offs every other day and then have to have a new one sent out terrible overdraft fees
