I first went to Savage Systems as a Walk-in late in the day where the technician welcomed me and got right into a quick look at my computer to see what was going on. The problem required a closer look. He took my info and kept me up to date. He came to a conclusion of the problem rather quickly and I had my computer back in quick time. I only have one experience to date, I will be definitely be coming here with future needs.

Had a reoccurring technical issue with memory and graphics card not communicating/ operating correctly. Savage Systems fixed the issue and reached out to me throughout the repair process, telling me what specific components where faulty and how to go about it. Computer was repaired and returned to me in quite a timely manner. Very low cost for the maintenance and repairs needed! Highly recommend!

Great experience getting my Dell laptop fixed. They fixed it within 2 days! Reasonable rates, very professional and customer-focused. My computer works better now than it ever has. Very happy with Savage Systems, and I love their new location in the old Putnam Library!

Dropped off my laptop because it needed a new battery. I never said anything was wrong just that it needed a new battery it doesn't stay charged for long. Guy argued with me and said there was nothing wrong with it which I already knew and it didn't need a battery that was normal. Picked up my laptop the next morning and took it home. Wouldn't you know the battery was dead. Don't waste your time going there.

I was a longtime corporate client and service was ok for awhile. Contacted them the past few times with various I.T. issues and spoke with both Angela and Alex various times on the phone. I was told that Wade would get back to me. It is now 3 weeks later and yet to get a callback. Service has certainly declined recently. I will not be using then anymore.

Terrible service, brought in a pc for a simple cleaning and cpu swap at 12:30 and at 4:30 closed early without even telling me it won't be done at 5. Even though sign says Monday-Friday 5pm they close. Came out screaming at me saying he's at a meeting that they didn't fix the pc. 4 hours they had it and nothing got done. Awful experience I don't recommend to anyone just do your own pc work. zero communication, tried calling earlier to get an eta and the guy said he doesn't have one. This is your job you do every day you'd think they'd have an idea of an eta.
