Today, by far was my best experience at Supercuts. Great day great atmosphere great haircut Alexis did a great job.

I would like to give 5 stars but had an issue. Made an appointment at 10:15 with Abbie. I got there at 10:05 and waited. When Abbie finished with her customer she called another customers name that was waiting as well before me. I asked her if I was next because I had made an appointment and I had other commitments. Abby said the other customer was there before me. I asked what time was her appointment and was told to work it out with the other customer who was a walk in. I felt very awkward at this point and was ready to just leave. The other customer was very nice and said to go ahead of her because she had nothing pressing. Again, I felt very awkward and apologized to the other customer. Do appointments matter? Just trying to understand what to expect.

My experience was out of this world fantastic. This one visit to Supercuts cured my male pattern baldness, skyrocketed my 401k, my runaway donkey named Kickflip miraculously returned after he'd been missing for 5 years, and I magically found all of my left socks that I thought the dryer had been swallowing like a pelican does to fish. All of this because of an amazing haircut! Thanks Supercuts!
All kidding aside, they really did a great job.
