Delivery driver came to my house and was very confrontational proceeded to swear and lie to my face infront of my family about the damaged chicken tractor and how it isn’t his job to secure it in the trailer he was towing behind his hybrid pick up? The Cops were called and he was trespassed the store said they would refund me and It has been over a week with no refund. Called today only to find out they decided for some reason of their own to mail a check to an address I have never lived at? The manager at the time seemed like she cared when this was all happening but the follow up proves other. I’ll drive 25+ min away not to deal with this level of patronizing bs with no follow through

I purchased 10 white Leghorn chicks last March through Hoover Hatchery through TSC. I had no idea that eggs were going to be in short supply so my timing was incredible. The chicks arrived in the mail, were all female, and thrived. My hens started laying at just over 4 months and have developed great personalities and are very effective layers. They are my best buddies, in spite of this breed not being known as docile.

Worst tractor supply in ct to deliver to. They do not care that the driver gives up two hours for free, and they take every bit of two hours to unload wood pellets. Every other store in ct and ma can get the truck stripped in a half hour. Make sure to get a good rate coming here because this store is far below average with their abilities to unload freight.

Our first time stopping by a TSCo. On a day trip from Boston to Thompson & Putnam & we loved it!It kinda reminded me of the old Benny’s gone Country. Wanted to get some baby chickens ? but some of us city-slickers are dumb when it comes to livestock. Nice selection of unique items & farmy stuff and good prices. Bought some clothes, candy & jerky

Store # 1216 in putnan Ri has a very poor management. I delivered there on 09/08/23 . Temps were 85 degrees & Jen told me to get out of the truck so as to unload. 2 hrs I was on the sun like a hopeless sinner. The manager is too mean. JUST KNOW THIS, THE ONLY REASON YOU HAVE A JOB is because of that truck that visits your store every day . # Store 1903 in Johnston, good guy there Michael Carney.

Extremely poor customer service from ‘Manager Chad’. Rude, adamant he was correct not the customer, and when I mentioned another location I’ve gone to he proceeded to tell me and that’s why they had to get rid of everyone person working because they didn’t know what they were doing.
