  I went, they were closed. sign on door said no U-haul

  Made a reservation for a truck a week and a half in advance, but they didn't have a truck ready the morning I went to get it. They just shrugged me off and told me to try another location. My advice: stay away from here and go to the one in Brooklyn. MUCH better service.

  I paid for my UHaul upfront and then tried to charge me almost $200 a week later! When I called to straighten it out they said to call back in 10 minutes because the guy was busy. I called back and suddenly he left for the day. When I called uhaul customer service they tried to charge me again while i was on hold. Awful... read full comment
