Tim could not have been more helpful. Our family of three walked in Sunday morning, and were treated with courtesy throughout the process of buying our new iPhones.
Previous experiences at other cell phone providers were not nearly this good. The customer service was great, I highly recommend this store, and Tim.

Cannot say enough about Tim, super nice guy. My experience and a result of this review is the scam artist Joe who works there. Nothing but lies and false information. Are Verizon customers actually looking at their bills? In order to fully explain my experience would result in pages. I am shocked they allow a scammer to work for Verizon. My advice, avoid this guy, take a hard look at your previous month’s bill vs. the estimated invoice and compare them closely.
