Very affordable, efficient, and friendly. $30 diagnostic fee that is waived if you receive a repair through them is very fair especially considering they will test every facet of your PC. Would recommend to everyone for their computer needs.

Brought in my laptop after doing upgrade to Windows 11 and also creating a backup flash drive. After that I couldn't call up my files. Diana saw that I wasn't opening files correctly with new upgrade and walked me through proper procedure. Done in 15 minutes!
