I have been utilizing the expert services of Matt, and Diana, since they built my 2nd computer for me, 20+ years ago.. They offer fast, efficient, professional and knowledgeable advice, and have never not had the time and patience to explain to me whatever services they rendered to my PC. I cannot recommend, nor rate these fine folks highly enough.

As an older person who isn't up on the latest computer lingo, I appreciated the time Mercury took to explain the problem and solution for my laptop's crash. They did the work on time and at budget, so I recommend their services for those who are not computer literate. I know I'll use them again in the future.

Came in with a broken laptop, the power connector died. Mercury repaired it with a new motherboard and fixed a damaged monitor connector. They also made sure the drivers were correct and I had no problems after getting it back.Excellent work!

A very knowledgeable lady named Diane took care of me the other day and I feel compelled to write a review. I had a problem with sound and it took minutes. I don't know anything about computers and it was an easy fix. I offered to pay and she refused. What a decent person. They have me as a customer for life and even if I never have to step foot in there for repairs, I will let everyone know that decency exists in business in this area.

Dropped it off at 10 and had my full custom pc built by 2. Even went over all the drives and everything! They are amazing. 100% recommend them for any pc builds or services

Quick response and quick service with quality work. My laptop was overheating with the fan running on overdrive every time I turned it on. Turns out it was clogged, which they were able to fix. Picked it up same day I dropped it off. I've been using my computer for over an hour with multiple applications running, no over heating. Highly recommend for computer services. Note this laptop is over 10 years old.

Highly recommend! Turned in my laptop for service. They performed a diagnostic and ordered the part same day. Next day part was in and they installed the motherboard and I was able to pick up my laptop. Very professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. Very satisfied.
