“What a great team! I went in to get an oil change. They ran the series of tests to let me know what I needed. My car has over 318,000 miles so never know what to expect. They noticed the belt was shredded and emphasized the need to get it done as soon as possible. The next day I came in and they were speedy in replacing the belt. Which also led to a new diagnosis of the battery that needed to be replaced. There were several people from the crew including the manager that made sure everything was done correctly. That evening when I came home all of a sudden my running lights wouldn't turn off. They had me come in the next day and fixed it immediately and problem solved what was going on and cleaned the fuses from the corrosion. Angel was nice and very conversational each day and asked how I was. Brandon the assistant manager was thorough and very kind and making sure I understood what was going on. I will go back. Very trustworthy.”
“I’ve had many details done on several cars, but none as thorough and meticulous as Nelson did just last week on my wagon. The car had been used a lot in the last couple months as canine transportation for a yellow lab. When I picked the car up, there wasn’t a single dog hair visible. Inside and out, it was the best detailing I’ve seen. And Nelson himself is just a great guy - affable and easy to communicate with for scheduling. “I was totally impressed by just how accommodating, reasonable and professional they were! I happened have a large nail in my tire and was losing air fast. I pulled in and they helped me immediately even though it was only a $20 fix! While I was there I inquired about an oil change (which I was way overdue for) and windshield wipers that were shredded and they took care of everything. Bottom line: they were honest, fair and super quick. I would highly recommend.”
