I have been going to this location for the past four months. The staff have been very helpful in every way. From changing my address to setting up my international transfer account. They were very patient and asked for help from each other and made the necessary call on my behalf to things done to my satisfaction. They were friendly every time I went to the store and I always left with a smile on my face.Keep up the good work and I look forward to banking with you in the coming year.

My wife actually banks with TD and not myself, since I handle most of our finances I felt compelled to leave this review. This is the only TD bank in our area and we are super thankful for the staff they have. Every phone call or in store visit is pleasant, the customer service here is top notch. Always a warm welcome walking in regardless of how busy they are, and they never seem bothered or transactional. They make sure to accommodate whatever your needs are! This location is awesome

Use to absolutely love this branch! I frequented often, was always greeted by name and always saw the same faces. In the last 2 -3 years the turnover is absolutely alarming! I am bot local to this branch any longer but I do go there at least twice a month and never see the same tellers-someone new is always greeting me and although they are pleasant, the are not familiar with bank practices and not do they feel comfortable with me since we do not have an established relationship. I find myself go to other TDs since their staff isnt so transient and it's becoming a tremendous inconvenience. My last trip there was such a debacle and I felt that they weren't willing to work with us since they didn't know us, when I have been banking there for 12 years! Maybe time to move on ....

I MUST shout out Monica Malhotra, the Assistant Store Manager. She was the definition of friendly and professional. She has the “customer satisfaction” lens we want all staff to have when working in customer service. Thank you Monica for being a legend in your field!

Unfortunately, this is the closest bank to Danbury CT so I need to go here for in person business. This location is chronically understaffed. My credit card stopped working and was told I had the option to pay 25$ for rush deliver (1-3days), wait for 7-10 regular delivery or go in in person. I called to make sure they could print my cards at this location and confirmed it, I was told there may be a wait which would be ok but I was on lunch so I was on a bit of a time crunch. I drive over which takes about 25 minutes already and wait 15 minutes only to be told it will be another 20 minute wait. It sucks because then they said I could make an appointment... but why wasn't I told I could make an appointment before?? Unfortunately, it was a big waste of time and I'm still without my card. I could manage the fact that Danbury is without a TD location if the Redding location was reliable. Unfortunately, this is not the first issue I've had with them and will probably have to move banks because of the difficulty of doing business.

This is the worst TD branch I have ever even heard of the staff is incompetent and rude. They have no idea how to run an effective branch.

It is hands down the absolute worst bank branch I have ever used in terms of customer service. We went in to update the SSN for my wife (at the time of opening the joint account she did not have one) on 03/18/2021. The paper work was done incorrectly and the following day we got a call to return to sign the correct forms. We were told to come in at 6.pm on 3/19/2021. So we drove all the way from Danbury and went a bit early around 5.20 pm and were told that we were early and should come in about an hour. When we returned at 6.20 pm, again the same excuse “I did not have time to prepare the forms...”. Highly unprofessional staff and extremely poor customer service. They made a mistake and wasted our time even when we went it voluntarily to get it fixed (twice) at an agreed upon time. I am wondering if there is any form of supervision at this branch or it is common to make basic mistakes and then waste customer’s time while trying to get them fixed. Will definitely move to another bank ASAP.

The absolute worst bank I’ve ever been to… Literally everything is a problem for these people I bank teo three times weekly a different TD banks I’ve never ran into people like this before. I was going to the bank and my fiancé asked me to make a deposit for her and the guy literally gave me an issue because it wasn’t my account I told him if anybody ever tries to come and deposit money in my account you have all my permission to allow them to do so LOL. He couldn’t understand I’m depositing and not withdrawing... then I give him another check that he won’t deposit because of the names on the check mind you my name was on the check, so I took my stuff bank and went to bank with competent employees that know how to do normal banking
