“Had an issue with all 4 brakes freezing intermittently. Didn't happen often but would leave me in a pinch when it did. I usually service my own vehicles but couldn't figure this one out and brakes are a quite important safety feature. Had limped it to another car care center once before who proceeded to tell me the repairs would be about what the vehicle was worth, 15k! Thought that was ridiculous, and as it turns out, was not true at all! Thankfully NJK figured it out quickly and did the repair next day no problem.What a great, honest, reliable shop. I highly recommend them to anyone for anything car or truck related.”

“We were in a box truck headed for FL when we lost a fuel line. They dropped everything to help us. NO CHARGE! Who does that? They do! Ultimately they weren't able to completely fix it. They totally told us how we could fix it our selves and gave us a complete shopping list for a local O'Reillys. A couple hours later and we were on our way to FL.”

Envy towing showed up previously and said they couldn’t help because the car wouldn’t go into neutral (we explained to them beforehand that it couldn’t) and left us! However Carlos with Federal Towing showed up and immediately got the car hooked up. Would recommend.”
