This post office is the absolute worst. I track all my important letters and when I use the mailbox in front, approx 75% of all letters arrive a week late and 25% get lost. Letters going to Ridgefield, CT being initially routed to White Plains and NJ before all tracking stops. This never happens at the Wilton or Weston POs. Never.
USPS has a terrible habit of not holding their individual employees accountable and when an entire PO's performance lacks or slows down (partially due to entitled incompetence), they just shut them down. I recommend this one for the next round of cuts.

Brought in two toddlers on a Friday afternoon to get their first passports. Even running late, she helped with all of our paperwork and ran out to us when we forgot our IDs inside. So helpful!
