Unprofessional and disrespectful attitude.We were here to make a new account. They were busy, so we left our phone number and left to spend some time at nearby mall. They told us they would call us back in 40 minutes or so but they never did.There are other branches nearby, folks in Ridgefield branch were helpful.

I've been banking with Chase for about eight years from the Ridgefield location and I only have positive things to say. The location has lots of parking, has a nice atmosphere, and I've only had positive experiences. I just do basic banking at this stage of my life so in that regard I am happy. On the occasion I've overdrafted from my checking they refunded the fee when I asked them to. I appreciate that.

This is the worst Chase branch I ever visited. Bank manager is not helpful at all. I went there to open an account 2 times. She was finding way to kick me out from the bank and not willing to open an account. She is even not willing to check the documents and talk to someone if they are OK. Very unprofessional and rude staff. Looks like they have enough accounts for this branch, don't want more customers.

This Branch is a nice one. Their online banking is very suspicious. Why? Because if you spend money on the weekend you Should be able to see the transaction And your updated balance. Instead Chase does not show you any current transactions until the next business day. So for a modern bank They are not so up-to-date Tech wise. The only reason I could think that they do this is they hope that you will spend more than you have and then have the luxury of Is charging you fees. In this day and age there's no reason for I'm mine banking to be so archaic. Get your act together Chase.

We've been very happy with this Chase branch for 20 + years. Drive up window can get backed up especially when the bank wasn't open. Now all is open and running smoothly. We like the staff especially a long time lady named Kathy.

The majority of the employees are rude, snobby and short with you, unless you're a high paying client. The only nice one is the lady that works in a the back right corner. Their notary thinks he is better then you. I love chase bank, but the ridgefield location is the worst customer service....

The staff and Manger have been very polite, helpful and courteous. I have had great experiences and interactions. It is a modern bank with the old world charm and attention to the customer.

I was walking in with an expectation of awful customer service due to the other comment here, but was pleasantly surprised. I have had nothing but very good experiences here. They have always been friendly to me, as I am to them. The hours are great, it's pretty quite. They had a notary on staff for me just before 6 o clock the other day. Don't be deterred by the other review, see for yourself. I'm sure everyone has bad days, but that had not been my experience.

BY FAR THE WORST COSTOMER SERVICE FROM ANY BANK I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. One thing is for sure, they are consistant. They are consistantly annoyed that they have to help you in any way and I do not mean answer questions, etc., I mean just by walking in the place and needing to make a deposit or withdrawal annoys them. IT COMES STRAIGHT FROM THE TOP THERE.....The mgr is rude and doesnt want to be there and neither do any of the tellers. I drive out of my way an extra 10-15 miniutes to go to another branch where the staff is nice and curtious.
