Thieves! Do not bank with them. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Every interaction I've had with tellers and advisors at this bank has been positive. They are all polite, efficient and helpful.

One specific employee was extremely rude to my husband while trying to make a cash deposit for me with my card. She gave him a lot of attitude and said because its not his name on the card she couldn't help him, albeit the pin was incorrect, there was no reason to tell him to step out of line and come back with me. Very rude, unhelpful. The cashier next to her apologized, which was kind--it also seemed like the manager/supervisor/whoever was in charge dipped once my husband started getting a little heated with the lack of respect. I repeatedly tried to call the branch directly to speak to someone there regarding the situation, however the calls were not picked up.

Always friendly going service at this branch. Tellers often like to have a quick conversation and Customer Service Reps work hard to help fix problems that don’t get resolved online. This is from a nearly 30 year Citi customer.

Pamela at the branch is lovely. But Citibank as a whole will hit you with sneaky fees, won't process things in a timely manner and if you own a small business, go (almost) anywhere but here. I've been banking w/ them for so many years and am finally pulling all of my accounts. So tired of having to chase them down to get them to take fees away. I don't have time to do this much policing of my own money. AWFUL AWFUL

Always disapointed with my experience. Transferring money online is glitchy. Often told to try again. My account settings get changed often where I don't have access to the savings account yet my wife does. The fraud protection is annoying and makes little sense. I was stranded in California at a gas station because I tried to purchase 70 dollars in gas. I told them I was going on vacation before I left yet got locked out of my account 4 times in 3 days.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR AND HAVE SOME MONEY TO YOUR NAME DO NOT GO INTO THIS BANK THEY WILL MAKE YOU OUT TO BE THE BIGGEST CRIMINAL ON EARTH. THE MANAGER CORRINE IS THE WORST!! THE ONE STAR IS ONLY BECAUSE I HAD TO PUT THAT TO POST THIS REVIEW. I AM NOT BIG ON WRITING REVIEWS BUT THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I WALKED INTO THIS BRANCH AND HAD THE SAME ISSUES WITH THE SAME CHECKS I ALWAYS CASH THERE.

Great branch by default, my branch on Federal Road closed. Citibank needs more branches! Good online banking and phone app. The only issue I have is with Citi phone banking when needed. All calls are outsourced overseas and you must have a ton of patience when dealing with citi phone banking representatives. I wish the call center was in AMERICA.

I'm closing my account. You just lost over $250,000 due to insanely low interest rates. You offered me .03%? That's an insult. My "relationship manager" has never even attempted to reach out to me and ask me if I needed anything or why I've slowly been withdrawing all my money. A lot of good he's doing you guys. You're paying him to basically do nothing for his customers. His salary could be used to put money into my pockets as incentive to stay. But no. And that's a perfect metaphor for your bank. Citigold is a waste of time and money. I'm going with Goldman Sachs. They pay 1.0445% interest! You heard me right folks. Go to a bank that actually offers you a piece of the pie and not a fraction of a crumb. I use Ally Bank too. I recommend them highly. Online banking is the way to go. Again, you guys just lost a quarter of a million dollars because of how bad your bank is. And that "relationship manager" isn't doing his job. Not even close.

This branch and Citibank hands down is the best bank out there, my only bank. They have never let me down. Helped me get a temp card when I lost my wallet. Had a birth certificate and a pic of my ID some mail and a business card and they pressed a temp and overnighted a card to me and waived the charge. I dropped all my banks because of the standards set by citi.
