Always happy with my nails and they last a while. Also, the massages are a plus. I finally found a nail place in Ridgefield where I actually feel relaxed.

Go elsewhere unless you’re prepared to wait. I had a great pedicure here recently, but today was a mess — all because of terrible management. We called ahead and were told to come in, but when we arrived, no one was available. We waited, and then massage therapists — not nail techs — were assigned to do our pedicures, despite both of us having cracked toenails that needed proper care.The staff were kind and clearly doing their best, but the man running the place was overbooking and saying yes to everyone, telling people to “sit and wait” even when no one was free. People with appointments were waiting 20–30 minutes. My friend had a time-sensitive appointment and told them upfront — they didn’t prioritize her, and she missed it. It’s a shame, because the team seems skilled — but they’re being set up to fail. I won’t be back unless the management changes.

LILYYYY!! She is the best, my nails have never looked better! The shape, the color, the French, she ate!! She is the sweetest ever and I absolutely loveee my nails!! 10/10 recommend!!

absolutely my favorite spot. this is my second time coming here and i have zero complaints. the prices are very fair, i got a gel x manicure with gorgeous nail design and charms for only $70. would typically be $90 at the average salon. staff is so sweet and amazing at what they do.

Satisfied...Price is right...There remodeling of the salon is lovely...nice improvement...Shades on front doors, should be upgraded...not welcoming...At All...Finish the job...

I came here because it seemed to be the cheapest option in Ridgefield (it is). I thought because of that, that the service would be poor. That is not what ended up happening. The women here were so nice and did a great job on my nails and feet. Mary did my nails and Teresa gave me an AMAZING massage. The atmosphere was very warm and friendly. I will totally be going back.

I had very bad experience. I think this is the worst place where I ever got pedicure . Not only that I got overcharged my service was also very poor. My friend who came with me for pedicure didn’t even got her feet wet her lady just started working away with her feet straight of her shoes. I would do 0 stars if I could. Honestly I wanted to cry out of disappointment half way trough . Never again

Just left there - first time customer- I asked if they gave massages as no one came over to ask . The lady said they did and I asked how much - she said 15 dollars for 10 min . I proceeded to get a massage that I was paying for . Several customers came in after me - they all received free massages and the massages were long - the woman next to me got a massage almost the entire time for her gel manicure. When I explained to the owner that this was my first time there and I was paying for a massage but no one else was .... Why was that- he said you asked for the massage and she timed it for you .. I explained this was my first time there and I didn't realize the massages were free so Why should I have to pay when no one else was . He argued that since I asked and it was timed that was different..... absolutely ridiculous and rude Told him he lost a really good customer Complete shyster .... Stay away

First time coming here instead of Holly nails - Mary did an incredible job with my nails. The massage was wonderful as well. Price isn't bad either. I'll be coming back here from now on!
