“Had an awesome experience building my first board with Jacob today. I went in completely blind after my daughter asked me to learn to ride with her. The store manager, Jacob, explained everything clearly and did a fantastic job getting me everything I need to start out. He was transparent on pricing, and what makes sense as a beginner. Overall a very warm introduction to the sport. I couldn't be happier with my board, gear, and my entire experience at Zumiez. Thanks Jacob!”
“Abercrombie has surpassed fast fashion giants H&M, Zara, Forever 21 etc to establish themselves as a force to be reckoned with. The clothes is expensive, but due to the good quality. The store in Danbury was very organized and clean, the associates were very attentive and working. There’s such a huge selection of clothing that’s so modern and trendy. I’m an A&F member and making returns or buying online is super easy. Awesome clothing will have me back for more.”

“Although this store is much smaller than the one in Greenwich, the service is absolutely amazing. When I walked in I was greeted by the staff immediately. Justine knows that it's my very first time there, he quickly shows me where everything is. He also pointed out the sales items. I took an item to the fitting room to try it on. Justine checked with me if the shirt fits and offered to bring me a slightly larger one. While he was ringing up my item, I described one item that I like from the store and he immediately helped me to look for it, although he couldn't my size. The customer service in this store is undoubtedly superb.”

“I like going to Wave with my elementary age daughter to pick out birthday gifts for her friends. The ladies that work there are so nice and so helpful. They are also respectful of my budget. You can easily find a gift for a child like a piece of jewelry, ring dish, compact mirror, etc for around $20. Most recently, my daughter selected a cute pair of smiley face earmuffs. To add to the experience, they gift wrap the item so nicely!!! It is one less thing I have to do and think about, which is very appreciated. I will continue to support this small local business because of these reasons.”

“I've been a Banana Republic shopper for over 30 years and counting. Absolutely love going into the Banana Republic store inside Danbury Fair Mall because I can try things on, see all options and with any luck find a wonderful clearance sale or two on a weekly basis. One thing has definitely change, bring back the REALLY GOOD CLEARANCE SALES PLEASE. Staff has changed a lot over the years, used to know all associates by name & they knew mine as well. I do miss the kind and friendly staff they had there prior to Covid. Perhaps with this post you have received some positive feedback from someone who knows and purchases your products weekly.
