Had a great experience yesterday when I came in for some help with my new air vest. Manager Hailey found the CO2 cartridges I was looking for and coached me as I practiced switching the canisters out and making sure they would deploy correctly. She also checked the fit of my vest. Appreciate the time she took to help me even though I didn’t purchase the vest at this location. Will be back for sure.

Excellent customer service. Jess was fab helping me with a new OneK helmet after a fall. She really went out of her way with the helmet replacement paperwork to ensure I had a safe helmet for my next lesson.They did my helmet fitting ~1.5 yrs ago & I am so glad I chose this shop at that time. I usually shop online because of my work hours, but helmets are a bit challenging. It took them over an hour to find a helmet that fit me properly. They were knowledgeable and courteous. Having established a relationship with my initial fitting made the post-war helmet experience seamless.Thank you Jess and team!

We have been coming to this location for many years and have always received stellar service. We always buy our boots from Dover- they have friendly, knowledgeable and very patient fitters. We have had excellent customer service over the years- it’s a brand that stands behind its products. The people are lovely.

Super helpful. My daughter had a shoping spree for her Make-A-Wish and i cant thank the staff enough. Super knowledgeable, very kind, and great recommendations! Highly recommend going here if you need horse stuff!

Lindsey helped me get blankets for my horse last-minute and has gone the extra mile to help get them to me even when the store will be closed. 10/10 service for a boot fitting as well-- my Ariat's fit me like a glove. Also, they gave me an excellent sock recommendation-- the noble equestrian socks with foot padding. If you need to go to Dover, go here!

Sara Jane is amazing! She helped my daughter get her entire IEA uniform in order - she was super knowledgeable and friendly and basically held our hand through the whole process. We are total newbies and really appreciated the extra attention & care. Will be back!
