I bought a Navy deck jacket like the one I had when I was in the service. The only problem was the jacket I had as a sailor had U.S. Navy printed on the back. The new one didn’t. I thought “easy I’ll just find a print shop to do the work for me.” It wasn’t easy! I called, emailed, and visited a bunch of print shops. I was told “we don’t print less 10 items” or “we only print on the apparel we sell”, Some people were dismissive and even rude, some never returned by phone call or email. But then I got lucky and contacted Custom Ts N More. Right away Sam was extremely helpful and accommodating. Every email I sent during the process was answered promptly and completely. She even helped me using UPS to get the jacket sent directly to me, saving me a long drive. The work they did was superb.

I was looking for someone to do a print on a tshirt for mothers day. on the Friday two days before mothers day I walk into this establishment and ask if it can be done. He told me a time and how long it would take him. I could do it, the time wasn't good for me due to work and commitments I had. “My task was to digitize old, somewhat curled up World War II pictures my father had taken as a B-17 pilot based in England. The pictures had been grouped into various categories and some of the photos had notations on the back. One of the reasons for having the pictures digitized was to be able to upload them to a website dedicated to the B-17 .My contact at Joseph Merritt was Rosemary Cairo. Her knowledge, expertise and thoroughness made the process uncomplicated and smooth.Before proceeding with the project she emailed copies of how the photos would appear and the cost to do the work.She kept the photos in their categories, paired the photos with their notes on the back when needed and offered options to enhance the quality of the images.
