I generally never post negative reviews but I had a really dissapointing experience here. I wanted to treat my daughter, her sister & a friend to pedicures. I called ahead to reserve an appointment & they were accommodating. They told us to come at 130 which we arrived on time to be seen. My older daughter & her friend were seated in pedicure chairs and they had to sit there there awkwardly WAITING for 40 minutes! My daughter & her friend weren’t seen til at lest 2:10.
The techs didn’t bother to fill their tubs, let them sit & soak while waiting, and they weren’t even offered a magazine. At one point I went and brought them over magazines because they looked so bored!
Worst of all zero apology or acknowledgment from the staff that they were running late.
Meanwhile, my younger daughter had a full pedicure start to finish in that time. I watched as the technician fly through the steps. The tech barely exfoliated her feet, the nail grooming was something I could have done at home, and it seemed like she just was annoyed to have to do a service on a kid. I’d like to mention my daughters & friend were quiet & very well mannered through all of this.
To me it appeared they were trying to “squeeze in” other walk-in clients before our appointment. On top of my being clearly annoyed at this point the tech finally came over to tell me my daughter and her friend chose a nail laquer that was a “Dazzle Dry” product which would be an extra $10 each. Not visibly listed anywhere but I agreed to the upgrade.
Honestly…so annoyed by the entire experience. Especially put off because they made them sit there for 40 minutes. When I brought it to their attention they tried to say they got busy. I nicely said “this is why we pre booked an appointment.” And they picked this appointment time. If it was a problem they should’ve called to say they were running behind. We were considerate & showed up on time & they did not. No ownership of that…no apology…and now definitely no more business from me.
After living here almost 20 yrs I can say with certitude there are far better nail salons in Ridgefield & this one was a huge disappointment. There were many ways they could have turned it around but chose not to.

Absolutely horrible!! I get my nails done there every week. Only one or two people know what they are doing. I try to get the same girl her name is Veevee. She’s great!! Unfortunately, when she’s busy, they give me someone else and I’m always disappointed. I literally just left because the guy didn’t even know how to push back my cuticles. I’m so upset. I guess I’ll have to find another place

Brought my daughter and her 2 friends in here for her birthday and they were very kind and accommodating to the kids. Their nails turned out very cute and everyone had a good time. I will go back alone next time for a little me pampering :).

I just got my nails done and was charged $55 for an unfinished pedicure because they cut my toes with the dril to the bare skin: they told me they didn’t do it and it was polish.. mt polish before was blue btw, my toes are bleeding. Unprofessional

I was charged $55 for a pedicure where I didn't finish, because they cut down to the bed if my nail to my nail, which was bleeding on two toes. they told me she didn't do that and that it was bleeding. my foot is burning currently.

Love this place and have been numerous times! They are so nice, always do a great job, and you can't beat the location right on Main Street. This is my go to spot.

This is a hidden gem. I’ve been underwhelmed with the other salons in the area and took my teenage daughter here last week for her back to school nails. Great prices, clean, friendly staff, and very skilled nail artists. I will be a repeat customer. So happy we found this salon!Services: Acrylic nails

Update-I had to go back as my dip powder nails were cracking and chipping. They said they would fix it and did but then charged me full price! When I questioned it-only took off $10 for a gel set. And that gel set lasted till about Wednesday (less than a week) so in total I spent over $90 for less than two weeks of nails!Not again!Nice job-dip powder nails! I didn’t do 5 star because I waited a bit even with appt. and will wait and see how long it will last. I also am a stickler for places that take extra cleanliness measures. I did sanitize my hands but wasn’t crazy about dipping my fingers into powder after NOT being asked to wash my hands before getting started. Other than that, very friendly and did a nice job. I would go back.

My mom and I visited this nail salon for manicures and pedicures for the first time and we will not be going back. I don't normally write reviews like this but there are much better nail salons in the area that you should go to. Our pedicures were fine, but the manicure I got was the worst I've ever had. The guy who did my nails hurt my hands repeatedly while using the electric filer and the nails didn't even last the rest of the day. The nails started to chip and crack immediately. The pricing also did not make sense. My mom got a standard mani pedi with no polish...yet it still cost $100.

They do a great job. I have been very happy with the service here. Love my pedicures and gel manicures here. Plenty of parking in back of building and during week on Main street.

Harmony is really a spa place, peaceful with a respecful team with excellent hands for everything, the massages with Tony are heavenly!!! But more importan are the prices so according with the area, an A+ for them.

Great friendly service. Love it. We have great time with my birthday party there. Also went with my daughter and she like nail art. They did a great job! Must recommend
