“Open 24 hours. Clean. Good machines. $4 & $5 wash, driers 25 cents for 7 minutes. In a shopping center. No bathrooms- use the supermarket next door when open. Bushes outside when not, lol. Go to a gas station. Only one coin dispenser. They have a sink. Radio station was changed from l-95 to some stupid alternative rock newbie.”

“This decades old family owned business has cleaned and pressed our shirts, done our sewing and mending, preserved a wedding dress , dry cleaned … all with excellence for our familyfor over 30 years. The best part is that the husband-wife team owners always make you feel welcome whenever you visit their business or phone to inquire about something!”

“Let me start of by saying it’s been a ling time since I’ve used a laundromat… I stop here to wash a “washable rug”(4’x6’) that I spilled some tea on. Two entrances with plenty of parking (use the front entrance if you can), a young lady in the wash & fold area was very helpful in breaking a $20. bill for me to obtain change (quarters) in the bill change machine; which worked perfectly. A plethora of washing machine sizes with prices posted clearly above each area. Some of the smaller machines were out of order but still plenty to go around! There’s also a huge folding table. This establishment is well lit, very clean & friendly staff made it a pleasure to stop here. There’s even a step stool available for those of us that are a bit vertically challenged and can not reach the too if the machine to add detergent, etc. Way to go Mill Plain Laundromat!”

“This is my go to spot for when I need something tailored or hemmed. They have a really quick turnaround time (which is good for me because I love to procrastinate haha). A little on the expensive side if you ask me though. A regular hem of 1 inch cost me $60 last week. I've gone to other places that charged way less than that”

“They have been ultra reliable and careful with our items. My wife wears suits for Federal Court and you have to look your best. I was a suit and tie guy so the volume was a lot. Always happy. And they are the nicest people.”

“I have used this cleaners for the past two years. The tailor does an excellent job on hemming jeans!! She also does great alterations of all types. I appreciate the owner's dedication for excellence. If in doubt she will always call to assure the alterations are completed. as directed.I highly recommended for both alterations and cleaning. “I showed up out of the blue as a new customer and they did a same day wash (not dry cleaning, regular laundry) on my giant king size comforter. It's too big to wash in my home washing machine so this place will be my go to spot. I came early and had to ask nicely of course, but they were very accommodating to me wanting it back the same day. My boyfriend told me they have "been there forever" and I can see why. My only complaint would be the parking is really challenging during peak shopping times since this place is smack dab in the middle of downtown Westport.”

“It is still nice to know that there are kind people in this world today. I had the pleasure to meet a kind and thoughtful person. Her generosity and desire to help other was beyond words. I cannot thank her enough for her help and donation to assist with sending clean clothes to those in desperate need. TONI I am so grateful to you!”

“Coin operated laundromat. Prices range from around $2-5 per load depending on the size of the washer. Very nice family runs the place and I see them cleaning often. A notice board and newspapers are always by the seating area. There is a vending machine with drinks; I usually like to grab a snack at the Rite Aid or ice cream shop in the same lot and enjoy it in my car until the wash is done.”

“Heated and air conditioned. Can use credit or debit card. Sufficient space that I've never had to wait. I usually come on dollar off days tho. Tuesday - Thursday. 9:00-5:00. The women who clean the place do an excellent job. There are large baskets available on wheels to do your laundry transfers. There is a bathroom and vending machines. Only drawback for me personally is that the TVs are on and usually pretty loud. Sometimes not, but most of the time. And it's in Spanish. But if that's your thing then it's solid gold. If not take your earbuds. Best laundry in Danbury. Prices Friday - Monday 20lb washer $3.74 30 lb washer $5.15, 45lb washer $7.55, 62lb wash $8.98, 75lb was $10.95 all with free drying.”

“Well it was peachy keen. Nice and clean. New machines. Very happy. Hope the hoardes don't descend on it and ruin it. Update. They did ruin it. Two folks reported their stuff was robbed from the dryers. Shame. Stay and watch.”

“We like this dry cleaner bc they are close, reliable and friendly. They provide the service we need, and they do it well.Dry Cleaning has a risk factor that has yet to be insurable (I have never come across the option). If the numbers worked for insurance providers, then dry cleaners would insure clothes worthy of dry cleaning at a price. I would pay that price as long as it was within reason.I have always surmised that based on various high priced textiles, the price to insulate you and ur clothes from risk of loss must be much higher than the risk the user perceives.I have used various cleaners all over and the problem has happened everywhere. It is a real risk especially if u work at a dry cleaners. But alas, it's a risk most of us still take.”
